Camping Games
Camping is a really fun experience. It can be spend with family and friends or you can join summer or activity camps. It can also be just in your own yard, park or somewhere far. It does not only give some time to relax but it also gives the time to recreate and experience and have some fun and challenges. Many people really enjoy camping because they can either build new relationships or strengthen bonds with family and friends.
One exciting experience during a camping is the chance to play camping games with our co-campers. These games are not limited to board games or card games. There are many games that campers can explore. There are camping games for children, teenagers and adults.
Here, is a list of some camping games which can be played by adult and old teen campers. These are fun games which can be enjoyed.
Mr. Balloon Shaving Game
In this game, you will need balloons, markers, shaving cream and plastic knives. The facilitator will give every participant a piece of balloon and a marking pen. The facilitator will instruct the players to blow up their balloons and draw a face on the balloon. This is how it becomes a Mr. Balloon. Then shaving cream will be applied by the players to their balloon and they will use their plastic knives as a shaver. Anyone of the players who will successfully finish shaving Mr. Balloon will be declared as the winner. It is important not to let the balloon burst.
The Grape Finders
In this game, you will need grapes, plates, and whipped cream. There must be enough playing space for each player. Five grapes will be placed on each plate and will be covered by whipped cream (the grapes should be hidden). A plate will be placed designated to each player and will be placed in front of them; they will be instructed to place their hands on the back part of their waist. They will need to remove the cream covering the grapes without using their hands and will have to eat the fruits on their plate. The player who finishes first is the winner. This is quite a messy game so be prepared with towels or tissue papers.
Pop It, Pop It Now
In this game, you will need strips of paper, pen, balloons, chairs and background music. Before starting the game, the facilitator will have to write some crazy actions on the strips of paper. The strips of paper will be placed separately inside the balloons. The players on their chairs must sit in a circle. The music will be played while the players will begin to pass the balloons inside the circle. Every time the music pauses, every player will place the balloon that they are holding on the chair they are sitting on and let it burst. The players who were able to burst their balloon will follow the instruction written on the strip of paper found inside the balloon
Statue Hunting Game
In this game, you will be using a flashlight. This game will require a minimum of 4 people. It is also advisable to let more players join so that it will be more fun and exciting. Camping lanterns or lights must be turned off. One person will play as the curator, one player will serve as the visitor and every one else will be a statue. The statues will move quietly in the dark. The curator will hold the light and will walk the visitor around catching the statues moving. A statue that is caught talking, seen moving or heard making any noise, will become a visitor and will join the curator in throwing out the other players who act as statues.
Balloon Popping Game
In this game, you will need balloons. There will be two players in each team. A balloon will be placed in between the location of the players. This games objective is to be able to get the balloon and let it burst. The players must burst the balloon without using their hands. The team who will be able to burst the balloon first will win the game. It is important not to use the hands because they will be eliminated form the game.
